Naast de dagelijkse slijtage moet het hang- en sluitwerk bestand zijn tegen vandalisme, corrosie, fijnstof en ruw gebruik. Voor het GVB, verantwoordelijk voor de dienstregeling en veiligheid in de hoofdstad, is een betrouwbaar toegangssysteem cruciaal. Om een einde te maken aan de risico\u2019s van verloren sleutels en de hoge beheerkosten, stapte het GVB over op het robuuste CyberLock-systeem van Sellox.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Impressies<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/elia.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h3>impression-01<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<h2>\u201cWe hadden aanvankelijk een mechanisch sluitsysteem, maar dat gaf veel problemen omdat elke keer sleutels kwijtraakten.\u201d<\/h2>\n<h2>Uitdaging<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Het GVB kampte met een combinatie van logistieke en technische obstakels. Met ruim 2.500 sloten en bijna 1.300 sleutels in omloop (waarvan 80% bij aannemers), was het beheer van het mechanische systeem onhoudbaar. Bij elk sleutelverlies moesten cilinders worden vervangen of veiligheidsrisico&#8217;s worden geaccepteerd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><ms-cmark-node _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" _nghost-ng-c1352109670=\"\"><span _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Daarnaast stelde de specifieke metro-omgeving zware eisen waar standaardoplossingen op stukliepen:<\/span><\/ms-cmark-node><\/p>\n<ul _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><ms-cmark-node _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" _nghost-ng-c1352109670=\"\"><\/p>\n<li _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><ms-cmark-node _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" _nghost-ng-c1352109670=\"\">\n<p _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><ms-cmark-node _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" _nghost-ng-c1352109670=\"\"><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><ms-cmark-node _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" _nghost-ng-c1352109670=\"\"><span _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Fysieke barri\u00e8res:<\/span><\/ms-cmark-node><\/strong><span _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span>\u00a0<\/span>Het aanleggen van een bekabeld &#8216;online&#8217; systeem was financieel en praktisch onhaalbaar vanwege het dikke beton en de uitgestrektheid van de 51 locaties.<\/span><\/ms-cmark-node><\/p>\n<p><\/ms-cmark-node><\/li>\n<li _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><ms-cmark-node _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" _nghost-ng-c1352109670=\"\">\n<p _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><ms-cmark-node _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" _nghost-ng-c1352109670=\"\"><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><ms-cmark-node _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" _nghost-ng-c1352109670=\"\"><span _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Elektromagnetische storing:<\/span><\/ms-cmark-node><\/strong><span _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span>\u00a0<\/span>Door de metro&#8217;s zijn er sterke elektromagnetische velden aanwezig, waardoor standaard draadloze (RFID) technieken onbetrouwbaar bleken.<\/span><\/ms-cmark-node><\/p>\n<p><\/ms-cmark-node><\/li>\n<li _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><ms-cmark-node _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" _nghost-ng-c1352109670=\"\">\n<p _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><ms-cmark-node _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" _nghost-ng-c1352109670=\"\"><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><ms-cmark-node _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" _nghost-ng-c1352109670=\"\"><span _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Vervuiling:<\/span><\/ms-cmark-node><\/strong><span _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span>\u00a0<\/span>De cilinders moesten onderhoudsarm zijn en bestand tegen het alom aanwezige remstof en vocht in de tunnels.<\/span><\/ms-cmark-node><\/p>\n<p><\/ms-cmark-node><\/li>\n<p><\/ms-cmark-node><\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Oplossing<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Het CyberLock-systeem van Sellox bleek de enige oplossing die aan alle eisen voldeed (\u2018Metro-proof\u2019). Omdat de intelligentie en de stroomvoorziening in de sleutel zitten, zijn de cilinders zelf passief, draadloos en extreem robuust.<\/span><\/p>\n<p _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><ms-cmark-node _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" _nghost-ng-c1352109670=\"\"><span _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\">De voordelen van de implementatie voor het GVB:<\/span><\/ms-cmark-node><\/p>\n<ul _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><ms-cmark-node _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" _nghost-ng-c1352109670=\"\"><\/p>\n<li _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><ms-cmark-node _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" _nghost-ng-c1352109670=\"\">\n<p _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><ms-cmark-node _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" _nghost-ng-c1352109670=\"\"><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><ms-cmark-node _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" _nghost-ng-c1352109670=\"\"><span _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Kostenbesparing:<\/span><\/ms-cmark-node><\/strong><span _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span>\u00a0<\/span>Omdat er geen bekabeling naar de deuren nodig was, vielen de kosten ongeveer 90% lager uit dan bij een volledig bekabeld systeem.<\/span><\/ms-cmark-node><\/p>\n<p><\/ms-cmark-node><\/li>\n<li _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><ms-cmark-node _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" _nghost-ng-c1352109670=\"\">\n<p _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><ms-cmark-node _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" _nghost-ng-c1352109670=\"\"><strong _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><ms-cmark-node _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" _nghost-ng-c1352109670=\"\"><span _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\">Zekerheid bij verlies:<\/span><\/ms-cmark-node><\/strong><span _ngcontent-ng-c1352109670=\"\" class=\"ng-star-inserted\"><span>\u00a0<\/span>Sleutels hebben tijdelijke autorisaties die via &#8216;Keyports&#8217; (oplaadpunten) worden ververst.
