HG-Beveiliging is established. The company grows from an installer of private alarm systems into a specialist in security solutions for hotels and businesses.
Founding of Sellox
Sellox is founded. From the beginning, the focus has been on high-quality mechanical and electronic locking systems for organizations where security and reliability are essential.
Start with CyberLock
Sellox gets to know CyberLock: a solution for many issues surrounding key management and access rights without a network or cabling. Sellox engages in intensive brainstorming and contributes its knowledge of access management. This forms the basis for current developments.
Sellox systematically implements CyberLock in practice and grows into a specialist in controlled electronic key management. During this phase, it also receives recognition as the first Certified CyberLock Reseller outside the US.
International expansion
Sellox is expanding internationally with an operating company in the UK. This makes expertise in electronic access management available outside the Netherlands as well.
The Internet of Things introduces additional data points in access management. Modules such as SX IoT enable door position signaling (DPS) and real-time monitoring of objects and installations. With SXConnect, access management aligns with IT and business processes, for example via Active Directory or Microsoft Enterprise ID.
SX-ACT – Access Control Ticketing
With SX-ACT, Sellox digitizes the requesting, authorizing, and issuing of keys and access rights. A digital workflow with full logging and auditing capabilities replaces manual work.
SXLink brings together data from various security systems and translates it into insight and automation. With SX Monitoring, access events are available in real-time to external systems, such as SXLink and SXConnect. SX-Sentinel combines access control and intrusion detection in a single system developed for data centers: access to racks is managed and an unauthorized opening of a server cabinet is detected immediately.
With SX-Insight (in development), organizations can view the technical status of locks, keys, and update points: which parts need to be cleaned, maintained, or replaced. This ensures targeted maintenance and provides demonstrable proof that the system is functioning.
