Core Values and Qualities
A deal is a deal. Installation, configuration, and management are set up to ensure it continues to work in daily use.
Sellox combines practical experience with technical depth. As a result, choices can be substantiated and a solution tailored to the situation is worked towards more quickly.
Sellox assists with design, configuration, and management. The goal is less manual work in issuance and changes, and a predictable process for administrators and users.
Access is a management process. Rights, issuance, and usage are configured so that logging and reporting are available for control and audits.
In environments with many locations and large numbers of keys, structure is necessary. Sellox structures policies, roles, and processes so that an overview is maintained as the organization grows or changes.
Entitlements must be able to adapt to functions, locations, and projects. Modifying and revoking rights should be handled just as effectively as issuing them.
A door is more than a lock. With CAW and IoT-connections access management is linked to status, context, and assets so that you not only manage access but also build insight.

Hans van Griethuysen begint als student met het installeren van alarmsystemen voor particulieren. De basis wordt gelegd: techniek die in de praktijk moet werken.
This is where HG-Security and the company grows from an installer of private alarm systems to a specialist in security solutions for hotels and businesses.

Founding of Sellox
Sellox was founded by Hans van Griethuysen. From the beginning, the focus has been on high-quality mechanical and electronic locking systems for organizations where security and reliability are essential.

Start with CyberLock
Hans meets Paul Davis, founder of CyberLock. During their conversations, it becomes clear that CyberLock offers the solution to many challenges surrounding key management and access rights without a network or cabling.
Through intensive brainstorming and Sellox's substantive expertise in the field of access management, a solution is created that forms the basis for current developments.
Sellox structurally implements CyberLock in practice and grows into a specialist in controlled electronic key management. During this phase, recognition as the first Certified CyberLock Reseller outside the US.

International expansion
Sellox expands internationally with an operating company in the UK, making expertise in the field of electronic access control available outside the Netherlands as well.

With the integration of the Internet of Things, additional data points are added to access control. Modules such as SX IoT enable applications such as DPS (Door Position Signaling) and real-time monitoring of objects and installations. SXConnect enables integration with IT and business processes. Connections with systems such as Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and platforms like ServiceNow, SAP, and Salesforce ensure that physical access management becomes part of existing processes.
SX-ACT – Access Control Ticketing
With SX-ACT Sellox digitizes the process of requesting, authorizing, and issuing keys and access rights. The system replaces manual processes with a digital workflow featuring full logging and auditing capabilities.

SXLink brings together data from various security systems and translates it into insight and automation. It forms the intelligent link for data-driven security operations within the Sellox ecosystem.
With SX Monitoring makes access events available in real-time for processing in external systems, such as SXLink and SXConnect.
With SX-Sentinel combines access control and intrusion detection within a single system. The system was developed for data centers where all movements around racks are monitored. This allows both access to installations to be managed and unauthorized openings of, for example, server cabinets to be detected immediately.

With SX-Insight (in development) allows organizations to gain insight into the technical status of locks, keys, and communicators. The system shows which parts need to be cleaned, maintained, or replaced. This enables targeted maintenance and demonstrates that the access control system is and remains functional.
