LiDAR Command: 3D surveillance of an entire area

CONTACT

The same sensors, with the software on a central server. This combines all sensors and cameras into a single 3D image for perimeter surveillance, indoors or outdoors.

LiDAR Command

One model of the entire area

A yard, a railway yard, or a large hall. Sensors and cameras are positioned in their actual locations in the model. The operator sees where an object is, how fast it is moving, and where it is heading.

Is it about a single location?

For a lock, server room, or marshalling yard, a single sensor containing the software is often enough. That is Edge LiDAR.

Frequently Asked Questions

About LiDAR Command

What is the difference compared to Edge LiDAR?

The sensors can do the same thing. With Edge, the software runs in each sensor. With Command, the software runs on a server that combines all sensors into a single image.

Do I need a separate VMS?

Not always. The software has its own control room view and can also be linked to an existing VMS.

Does it also work indoors?

Yes. A large hall or warehouse works the same as an outdoor site.

Can the operator also watch along on a mobile device?

Yes, there is a lightweight version for tablets and phones.
